While Genoa Christian Academy utilizes various curriculum resources from Glencoe, Houghton Mifflin, Prentice Hall, Summit Ministries, ACSI and Positive Action, all of our classes are centered on the authority of God’s Word and infused throughout with Biblical truth. Our classrooms promote critical thought and a global view of the world as students are taught to engage the world with Biblical truths and action.

ABOUT GENOA CHRISTIAN ACADEMY
GCA is a state-chartered Christian school with full programming for preschool, elementary, middle and high school. In addition to shaping the character of young people to follow Christ, our school has a tremendous range of opportunities to offer students and families.
Highlights include competitive sports; theatre arts; music, digital and traditional art; STEM, robotics and computer coding; college and dual credit for qualified students; National Honor Society; Student Council; aftercare for K-8th Grade; full-day preschool and kindergarten; hot lunches; after-school clubs; and more. With a growing PreK-12th Grade student population of 600+, GCA provides a safe, inclusive environment for your child’s Christian education.

Our History
Genoa Christian Academy opened its doors in 2000, but the vision for our school began the first day that Genoa Baptist Church came into existence. The founders of the church had a desire to broaden outreach to include missions and Christian education as they were looking ahead to the next generation of leadership for the Kingdom of God.
